MCP config converter

Paste an MCP server config from any coding agent and copy the same servers for 15 clients. Each output follows the format in that client's own MCP docs, checked on 2026-10-19.

What differs between clients

Top-level key
mcpServers in most clients; servers in VS Code; context_servers in Zed; mcp in OpenCode; amp.mcpServers in Amp; [mcp_servers.<name>] tables in Codex config.toml.
Remote URL key
url in most clients; httpUrl (Streamable HTTP) or url (SSE) in Gemini CLI; serverUrl in Antigravity CLI and Devin Desktop.
type field
Required in VS Code (stdio, http, sse) and Copilot CLI (local, http, sse); OpenCode uses local or remote; Cline needs streamableHttp for Streamable HTTP; Cursor, Gemini CLI, Kiro and Zed have none.
Command and args
Separate command and args everywhere except OpenCode, where command is one array and env is called environment.
Env variables
${VAR} in Claude Code, Kiro and Amp; ${env:NAME} in Cursor, VS Code and Devin Desktop; $VAR or ${VAR} in Gemini CLI; {env:NAME} in OpenCode; env var names in Codex (bearer_token_env_var, env_vars).
